【Rafting The Kuma River”Seiryu Course”】
The Seiryu Course offers a relaxing 50-minute journey through a relatively calm section of the Kuma River, one of Japan’s three most famous rapid rivers, alongside the Mogami and Fuji Rivers. Enjoy the seasonal scenery and the songs of birds as you ride in a traditional wooden boat, guided by an experienced boatman.

Note
Please arrive at the embarkation point at least 20 minutes before departure.
A free shuttle bus is available after disembarkation. Including return travel, the total time required is up to 1 hour 20 minutes.

Adults (Junior high school and older): 3,000 yen
Children (Elementary school): 1,600 yen
Infants (Ages 3–6): 1,000 yen
Infants (Under 3 years): Free for one infant per adult
(A fee will be charged for two or more infants per adult)

・By 17:00, two days prior to the tour: No fee
・Between 17:00 two days prior and 17:00 the day before: 50% of fee
・After 17:00 the day before or no-shows: 100% of fee
On the Baika no Watashi course, enjoy a close-up view of the stone walls of the Hitoyoshi Castle ruins. The highlight of the trip changes with the seasons—cherry blossoms in spring, fresh greenery in early summer, and vibrant foliage in autumn.

Important Notes
・Instructors are provided. Beginners are welcome.
・This course includes calm water sections. We may not be able to accommodate those seeking a more intense rafting experience.
・A free shuttle bus is available between Watari and HASSENBA.
・The age limit is 4th grade to 65 years old. Please contact us in advance if you have any health conditions.
・Life jackets are provided. Non-swimmers are welcome.
・Prepare to change into appropriate clothing or a swimsuit.
・Glasses users: please bring a glasses band.
・Contact lens users: please bring goggles.
・A shower room is available after rafting (Note: not a hot spring).
・Alcohol consumption before the tour is strictly prohibited. Participation may be denied depending on the situation.
